Turning Complexity into Business Performance

I work at the intersection of commercial performance, operations, engineering and data. My approach is to create transparency around what drives performance, establish meaningful benchmarks, identify where the greatest opportunities exist, quantify their financial potential and focus resources on the initiatives that create the highest return. Across my career, I have applied this approach to commercial shipping, vessel and asset performance, procurement, operational efficiency, strategy, data, analytics and AI.
